Precision and photometric performance
The mastery of these two technologies allows production of very effective reflectors with an extremely high degree of photometric accuracy.
Polishing and anodisation are the most traditional processes for treating aluminium reflectors. These are immersed into various treatment baths : degreasing, chemical polishing and anodising for long-lasting protection of the polished layer. The process is completely automated guaranteeing reflectors of consistent quality.
Vacuum metallisation, we have been a pioneer in this technique. This process consists of depositing a thin layer of high purity aluminium on a synthetic reflector, through vacuum vaporization.
