Lamp

  • High Pressure Sodium 150W/250W/400W tubular.

Control Gear

  • Fitted within lantern body on a removable hinged tray. Some options require remote gear - contact Urbis Lighting for further information.

Protection

  • Self-resetting thermal cut-out fitted in ballast.

Optical Unit

  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 1289 (asymmetric) with flat glass, curved tempered glass (CTG) (curved in two planes), or low profile glass protector (curved in one plane). Sealed to a tightness rating of IP66.

Body

  • Extruded aluminium alloy and injection mouldings. Injection mouldings protected by stoved glycerophtalic paint finish. Extruded parts are anodised.

NEMA

  • Fitted to extrusion (using watertight gasket and 4 non-corrodible screws), and wired to lantern control gear. More than one may be necessary in the case of multiple optics.

Installation Information

Mounting:

  • Lantern fixes onto a 300mm x 300mm square plate, which is welded to the top of the column. The lantern is secured by 4 qty M12 stainless steel bolts, located on 200mm centres. For detailed information, please contact Urbis Lighting.
  • Option (for single optic only): cast aluminium side entry adaptor, for 42 - 48mm diameter fixing.

Photometric Centre:

  • Distance from back of lantern to photometric centre: Depends on configuration - refer to Urbis Lighting.
