Description
- The integration of two different lighting elements contributes to the unusual but attractive design of the Lightube system. The lighting apertures on the column make a feature in themselves, whilst the indirect light provided by the diffuse reflective canopy is glare free and makes any area appear safe and welcoming.
Lantern
- 70W or 150W Ceramic Discharge Metal Halide lamp
- Optical compartment sealed to IP66 Sealsafe®® with an impact strength of IK08.
- Indirect lighting provided by glass reinforced diffuse reflective canopy supported by stainless steel arms.
- Gear fitted within lantern on a removable gear tray
Column
- Mild steel, galvanised to BS729, 'T' washed primed and finished painted
- 70W Ceramic Discharge Metal Halide lamp providing illumination to a specially coated light conducting tube within the column
- Optical compartment sealed to IP66
- Gear fitted onto column backboard
