Lamp

  • High Pressure Sodium 50W/70W/100W/150W tubular.

Control Gear

  • Fitted within lantern body, on easily-removable gear tray, complete with isolating plugs and sockets.
  • Magnetic gear - Self-resetting thermal cut-out fitted in ballast. Digital timed cut-out ignitor fitted as standard.
  • Electronic gear - thermally managed to ensure the ballast runs at a minimum temperature, thus increasing lifetime.

Optical Unit

  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 2018 or 2020 with curved tempered glass protector bowl. Sealed to a tightness rating of IP66.

Body

  • High pressure die-cast aluminium, with stoved polyester RAL7040 paint finish (over a RoHS-compliant chrome passivation substrate).

Canopy

  • High pressure die-cast aluminium, with stoved polyester RAL 7040 paint finish (over a RoHS-compliant chrome passivation substrate). Rear hinging to provide access to lamp and control gear.
  • The canopy ensures a control gear compartment tightness of IP66. It has a sprung stainless closure catch, with locking arm to keep canopy open whilst the lantern is being maintained.

NEMA

  • Fitted to canopy, and wired to lantern control gear via plug and socket connector.

Installation Information

Mounting:

  • Horizontal on a 60mm, 48mm, 42mm or 32mm diameter bracket arm with 120mm penetration. Locking by means of two M8 stainless steel Allen screws.
  • Vertical on a 76mm or 60mm diameter column using the tool-free reversible mounting casting (76mm penetration).
