Control Gear

  • Fitted within lantern body, on easily-removable galvanized sheet metal gear tray, complete with isolating plugs and sockets. Accessed via quarter turn compression fastener which allows the lower body to be hinged down.

Protection

  • Self-resetting thermal cut-out fitted in ballast.
  • Digital timed cut-out ignitor

Optical Unit

  • Multiple photometric distributions available. Sealed to a tightness rating of IP66

Hestia Mini

  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 1914 (mini-reflector), with low profile glass. Flat glass available up to 70W.
  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 1659 μR® (micro-reflector) with low profile glass.

Hestia Midi

  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 1627, with flat glass, or low profile glass.
  • Sealsafe® comprising reflector type 1659 μR® (micro-reflector) with low profile glass.

Body

  • Body is made in aluminium alloy, die cast, and is sealed to IP44. Body sealed to IP65 is also available.

Photocell

  • Optional. Miniature photocell fitted to upper body casting and wired to lantern control gear. 70 lux as standard.

Installation Information (Hestia Mini)

Mounting:

  • Horizontal on a 34mm diameter bracket arm with 85mm penetration. Locking by two grub screws. For flush fitting bracket appearance use 60mm diameter bracket arm with 34mm diameter spigot, length 85mm.

Photometric Centre:

  • Distance from back of lantern to photometric centre: 0.5m
